Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one active account on ffh4x. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, email address, phone number, or payment method, we will close all but one and may forfeit balances. This rule applies across all jurisdictions where we operate, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password-reset feature instead of opening a new account. If you believe your account was closed in error, contact our support team with proof of identity.

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address or username. We send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We can verify your identity and send a new reset link. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not use the same password across multiple platforms.

In your account settings, you can update your email, phone number, and address. You can also view your transaction history, active bets, and account balance. We do not offer account controls or deposit-limit tools. If you wish to close your account permanently, contact our support team. We will review your request and close the account within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Payments and transactions

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are transferred to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). Bank transfers typically settle within 1–3 business days. E-wallet transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) often settle within minutes. If a deposit fails, your money is returned to your payment method within 1–3 business days. Check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the refund. Do not attempt the transaction again until the refund is confirmed. If a withdrawal fails, your balance is restored to your ffh4x account automatically. Contact our support team with your transaction ID and a screenshot of the error message. We investigate all failed transactions and can often reprocess them or issue a manual refund.
Use the in-app chat feature to contact our support team during business hours. Describe your issue clearly and include your account username or email. For non-urgent matters, email our support address (available in the app). Include your transaction ID, screenshot, or account details so we can investigate quickly. Games and betting

Demo mode is available for most slot games and some live-dealer tables. In demo mode, you play with virtual credits and cannot win real money. Demo mode is useful for learning game rules before betting with real funds. To access demo mode, select a game and look for the "Play for free" or "Demo" button. Demo balances reset daily and do not carry over. Live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) require real-money betting and do not offer demo play.

Free bets and free spins are promotional offers that appear in your account under "Promotions" or "My Offers." Free bets can be used on sportsbook markets (football, esports, Liga 1, Piala AFF).
